I really enjoyed reading his post about the easy Bradley ribs, so I thought I would try it out myself today.
Decided to do these in the oven in lieu of the smoker for a first try.
Molasses and mustard along with Adolphs and Grill Mate Rub.

Not at all. I could pull the meat off the bones and the meat was firm. I didn't go nuts with the Adolph's, just a light coat as if I was using regular salt.
You pulled the membrane off them after the first pic, right? :)
