Hi all,
Got the bambie burger from my hunter friend (price is 50/50 split of cooking) and at least part of it will be done as chili and cheese SS. Got smoked Hatch thawed in the fridge. Had time to get in some high temp cheese, Montery Jack. HAve a Boston butt ready to add I was figuring at a 80/20. I am aiming for 5 lbs of SS.
So any seasoning recommondations? How much pepper and/or cheese do you normally add?
Also have another 5 lbs of bambi burger. Any recommondations for it?
