I figured this is a subject we would all like to know about.

I can't believe this is even legal.
I just saw a tv show last week on TLC, I believe it was that channel. Andrew Zimmerman (Bizzare Foods) went to a high end FU FU restaurant in Minneapolis and the "Chef" was using meat glue to put together some fancy dish. The host showed how it worked by wetting his thumb and pointer finger and showing how the powder would make your fingers (any protein/meat) stick together. :o ???
I have long suspected something like this was being used on bacon wrapped filet mignon
This has already been covered extensively in a previous post but doesn't hurt for the new people to see it. Pretty gross consumer rip off.
Add the glue to the already injected growth hormoins, vacaines, red meat dye MMM YUMMY :o
This is the main reason I buy unprocessed fresh meat and make my own.
Your right,if you can get wild meat all the better.Ah smoked moose.
Yes love Moose to. But rarely get it. I also like bear, deer, rabbit and squirrel which I get more often. Also an occasional pheasant. I also eat ground hog. My wife don't eat much meat any more. 1-2 oz. is a lot to her. But she'll cook or help me with any game I get. They all make good sausage and other meats as well.
