Got out to a festival and trade show. Last night was a hot pepper trade show here in DFW. A great time for pepper heads! Thought I'd share some pics.

A man taking the Defcon 0 Sludge challenge. He is getting about two drops. Give you an idea he has upped the heat with this batch so it's running 3,000,000 scoville. Left him red, sweating, and a squeaky voice for about 30 minutes after -

And to finish the night a cooking demonstration. He made quail stuffed with Bree and habanero and wrapped in bacon. Seared, baked and served in a pomegranate, pepper and wine sauce. Very tasty!!
