Just got my new bradley smoker yesterday and am lookin forward to puttin it to work today. It's cool to find a site like this, to answer questions and get recipes. I am a member of several hunting and fishing sites, and find them to be helpful and very entertaining at times! Again, I am looking foward to finding out what Smokin is all about. Hermdog
