Casper is waiting patiently for the taste test, here is a previous taste test (http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w73/carnie1/IMG_0165.jpg)
Fan is blowing toward the front, motor I have was blowing toward the back, reversing the blade it still blew to the back, Walleye told me how to reverse, Think I'm going back to the appliance place and get a few more of those $5 motors
Thanks.

Nice looking sticks Tony.
The mixer sure beats freezing your hands. It looks like your taste tester likes your sticks.

the sticks look great and the recipe quick and easy, just have a question though. For the caraway do you use the seed or ground? Going to mix up a batch this weekend.

I just used the seed, recipe didn't specify so you can probably go either way, BTW my cook time was a lot longer than the recipe stated, I went by IT not time
