Using Pachanga's method for making burnt ends, found here http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=14065.0
Cut the point into large chunks and I coat with molasses, maple syrup, and my rub.

Used the rest of the brisket for the ABT mixture...combined cream cheese with brisket and added a touch of Famous Daves BBQ sauce.

Sorry but no picks of the ABT's I grabbed them out of the smoker and went directly to the SB party. But take my word for it, they were good!

The burnt ends look great and them ABTs made outta brisket N cream cheese I know were gooood
I love ABT's--- and made with brisket---WOWZER, and of course a shot of JD makes it even better. Great job.
