Title: Something Called Pork Loin Rib Half

Put this in the smoker at 5PM yesterday and pulled it out at 9AM this morning. It's getting a few hours of FTC and then getting pulled for lunch meat for work.

All pulled and ready to be bagged for later lunches. Got some really nice bark on this one.
