I just got my first catalog from sausage maker yesterday and one thing that caught my eye was the custom made smokers in the front .
Anyone on here have one?
They look pretty nice and sturdy.I was just curious about performance

The 30 lb has gone thru a re design to make it controlled with their version of a PID. I did have hands on the older model at their store and i had likes and dislikes with it. The SS has pretty good support.
