I have some 17mm Casings from Lem and I have to unravel them to fit on the Small 3/8 Stainless tube I purchased from Lem. Wonder if you can slide a whole tube of them casings onto the 3/8" Stuffing tube from Lem?

Wonder why LEM doesn't make the 3/8 tube long enough to fit their one 17mm casings. Noticed that when I made my first stix two weeks ago.

aybe not a break on the case. But i was looking the other day and you do save a lot compared to buying a few at a time. Be nice to once in a while go together and buy casings that we use a lot and split the caddy.

I asked about half caddy and was told they dont break them. Other companies might, like Globe casing in NJ

As much as i do its easier to buy the caddy than to but 2 pack bags at the local BPS or online. If there is enough of an interest in a 2 caddy order i would do it again. We did a caddy buy a couple years ago with some forum members.

Been looking at going prices around here for 17-18mm casings. Any where from 5.00 - 5.79 for a 50 ft casing. Now I believe the caddy holds 49 50ft casings right? If so thats 3.02 for a 50 ft casing. I'd say thats a big discount. lOL did that include shipping?

NePasmoker, What did you use for those sticks? Type of tube that is? I was thinking 17-18 mm would give you a small 3/8 stick. But after more thinking(do to much of that retired) I was going to order a 3/8 tube. But seems lie at .669 even a 5/8 would work and not be so slow or so much pressure. Also I have a 7 1/2 " I use but was thinking of getting a longer stainless one. What are your views on this as you are one of the master stick makers I see! Or any one else that makes a lot of sticks. I normally make small batches but may start making bigger.

49 strands @ 15 meters each = 735 meters of casings... or over 2411 feet.

I need to say that i will not be stuffing the whole caddy. Tony AKA carnie1 bought half the caddy from me.
