Finally got around to doing some smoking 10 lb.venison snack sticks, 10 lbs venison cotto salami, from Rytek's book and 10lbs Venison Kielbasa. This hobby is like eating peanuts, never enough. Forgot the photos of the salami & Kielbasa , already had it packed away. Must add that there is a great bunch of people on here and many thanks to you all that provide answers and all the things that make this a great forum. If your wondering about the grinder well it was only 50 bucks, its what drives it that cost so much, 0-4000 rpm and a 3hp motor I think It could shoot meat into a casing 10 ft away but then I would have the whole shop to clean up but really its my wood lathe as I do a lot of wood turning and wanted to save a few bucks
