Title: FRAGILE
Post by: OU812 on February 13, 2012, 09:44:27 AM
Good thing the box was marked FRAGILE!

I would hate to see what it would have looked like if it weren't.

They packed the box tightly.

Good thing the glass bottles were bubble wrapped along with the shredded papper.

I was runnin low on the Gun Powder,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Good stuff!

I wish Star Market would carry the GunShot sauce with the gunpowder.  Looks like a good box to have show up..

I would have never though GunPowder would have been as big a hit as it has been since I sent the first pound out 2 years ago  to squirt  for the Christmas Exchange 2010..

So have I,,,,,,,,I placed this order to try the HOT  ;D

Other wise it would have been a big ole jug of Gun Powder.  ::)

I would like to try there Chipotle Pepper seasonings but they only sell it in 6-6.5 oz Bottles.

http://sureshotsids.com/products-page/seasoning/6-6-5oz-bottles

Would like to try it before I buy 39 oz

Just might do it anyway,,,would be nice if the Chipotle Pepper came in a 28 oz jug like The Gun Powder.

I would thinnk it would be cheeper.

Any one question why USPS has a $7 Billion loss for the current fiscal year?

Online payments, automatic bank drafts, email, skype, .... (modern technology). All equal to no stamps being used. Plus FedEx and UPS. All three have their issues with "fragile" packages. ;). Speaking from experience. ;).

Not to stand up for USPS but it's the same every where. Son hauls for FED EX and they have the same problems. Also every where else. It's the new age! Peoples work ethics and pride in themselves are at an all time low. They really don't care. I don't know how a company can avoid it. You have to be able to trust your employees to do the job their hired for and take pride in their work. I'm just afraid most kids aren't raised that way today.  I do know personally of a lot of these employees getting caught and either reprimanded or fired.

You are sooo right viper.

The schools have allot to do with work ethics also and are working to better that.

I have seen it in my kids.

My last one graduated in 2010 and has the best work ethic of them all.

Ok...  I gotta share this FIRST-HAND experience...

Now, keep in mind...
Every Christmas, my lovely bride gets cards for the mailman, paper boy, etc... --- including nice GIFT CARDS to places like Friday's/Chili's...

ANYHOW...
One day last summer, there was a lot going on at the house, and lots of cars/trucks in the driveway.  My plumber (or someone else with a work truck) parked where they were "obstructing the mail box".  Mind you, this was a one-time thing...

The postman pulls up, parks in the middle of the cul-de-sac, and proceeds to fill out a form documenting this apparent blasphemy, and then gets out of his Jeep and walks to the mailbox to leave us this form ---  HE PUTS THE FORM IN THE MAILBOX --- with a highly detailed explanation of why he can't deliver our mail.

I could understand if this was a "regular/ongoing problem"... BUT...
What a J@ck-@ss...

After consulting the Lord, I refrained from popping a .357 in his writing finger, but he sure as heck didn't get a Christmas card.

I know exactly what your talkin about Hal.

Our post man will leave a formal note in our mail box stating he couldnt deliver a package because "Dogs at large"

Theres 5 fricken vehicles in the drive!

I've told him many times just pull in and honk, heck he dont even need to honk, the dogs let me know if someone is on our property.

By the way all the vehicles are parked off to the side so you can pull in and turn around at the end of my drive, which is over 100 yards long.

He dont even fricken try,,,,,,,I've watched many times.

By the way,,,,,,,,,,,,,,no Christmas cards or goodies for him either.
