Now that looks like a fare trade.  ;D

The Bay leafs are VERRY flavorfull

The Barbecue of the Americas is good on pork and beef, a little spicy for the timed

The Pizza seasonings is just that, I put it on a box pizza to wake it up, it  will also make a salad come to life.

The Galena Street is like a Cayjun seasoning, not hot but spicy, good on pork and chicken.

The BBQ 3000, well haven't found a hit for it yet, the coca just sends it off in left field.

If ya go to the Penzeys web site they have some recipes for all of them seasoning's.

Ya willing to give up your recipe for that gooood lookin spaghetti?  ;D

Here's a link to the recipe I posted a while back.  Enjoy!

A few tips:  I sometimes add an extra egg because I like more sauce. When I add the pasta to the bacon grease I dont add all pf it until all the egg mixture has been added so I dont make it to dry.  You can always add more cooked pasta.  Also when adding the egg mixture remove from heat.  You dont want to scramble the eggs.  Serve immediately.
