Discovered a Bradley Smoker when my neighbor let me smoke some of my hot peppers with his last summer - WOW! Dehydrated and crushed them into powder and they are fantastic! Happy to be on the forum and hope to contribute and also take advantage of the great knowlege here!

Hey Bearcub - Grand Forks but my Mom lives in Minot. Originally from Crosby, ND so I'm a lifelong resident...you?

Mike, I'm not a lifelong resident, but close. The Air Force brought me here in 71...still here today. All our kids and grand kids were born in Minot and are still here as well, so I'm here for good. If you make it to Minot, we'll have to get together for a beer......
