Hello all,
I have been lurking here for a couple of weeks while making up my mind on a smoker. Well I finally made it up and purchased a black OBS and a single probe PID. I bought several kinds of smoke pellets a remote meat temp unit. The OBS came via UPS the other day and I did the seasoning bit and thats where I am. I bought several books on making sausage and smoking so I am doing a lot of reading.

So I am just stopping in to say Hi and will go back to reading everything I can on this forum.
