He did the right thing for sure. Sad part is there are people in this country that think she deserves to have the flag flown at hlaf mast because she could sing.

I agree! I believe the privilege of a flag at half mast should be for heroes ! They are saying they use it to honor too! Can't see the differences. If they want to honor them why not turn the tv volume to half as loud!

I agree with the flag being at half staff for those who serve this country of ours. from the fighting men and women, to fire and police personnel alike
