Hello, I just purchased my first Bradley smoker. I got the 4 rack digital waiting for me at home. I can't wait to get there and start making some good food on it. I am already looking at adding a fan mod to it. I will go from there, may increase the size of the element if needed. I mainly want to smoke chicken and ribs and maybe a wild turkey if I get one this year. I would also like to make jerky and smoked sausage. We will see from there. Maybe some wild pig on it also.

Thanks everyone. I already ordered a fan kit for my new smoker. LOL I may change out the heating element before I install the fan. Still on the fence on that one.
