I just had ta try this stuffed cabage thing.  ;D

Saute a onion and 3 garlic cloves in EVOO and dug out some smoked pulled brisket I had in the freezer. When the veggies were done dumped in the brisket.

A big handfull of cheese.

Turned of the heat and allowed to cool a bit.

Cored out the cabage and dumped in 1/2 stick melted butter then rolled it around till the butter soaked in all around the cabage.

Stuffed with the goodness.

Allowed to cool.

Note to self; dont carve out so much cabage next time.  ::)
