Just got my OBS (and an Auber PID) a couple weeks ago and have been lurking here, soaking up lots of great info. Decided to register as I have a pretty good recipe I want to post.
New to the Bradley, but I've been using a cheap offset for the past several years. After seeing how easy my brother-in-law has it with his Bradley, and more importantly after tasting how good his barbecue is, I decided to take the plunge.
Mild winter here in Chicago this year, so it's been easy to get some use out of it already. Did ribs one day, another day a bunch of cheese (sitting in plastic in the fridge for a couple more weeks), and also worked up this Bacon Burnt Ends recipe I'm about to post. So far it's been great!
