Well had the day off today so , I decided to do some smoking. On the menu Pork Loin, 2 slabs of Baby Backs, and after seeing a post on here, a black label Ham. Got everything together yesterday afternoon and slathered the loin and ribs with mustard and a dry rub and was up early this morning. Got the smoker going about 5:30 cooked at 225 and just pulled everything out and FTC'd the loin.
Not sure if I want to slice or pull the loin but, sure it will be good either way. The ham turned out alot better than I could every dream as I have avoided canned ham, my entire life and this is the first time, I have ever had it. It was delicious......
