I'm embarrased to ask this 'cause it's probably a simple fix. I bought some 24mm hot dog edible collagen casings from LEM with the idea of making Tenpoint's hot dog recipe. I made a small batch of breakfast sausage to try them out. Everything seemed to go well but I had trouble keeping them twisted. Did the pinch thingy while stuffing, didn't wet them as with naturals. Maybe I stuffed them too full?
Any help would be greatly appreciated...Ragweed
I find it easier to just tie off collagen. If someone has a better way I'd like to know too!

Twist one link away 1 twist, twist the next towards you 1 twist. Away, Towards, Away, Towards
I tie also with cotton twine. Find it faster and easier. Also I like the way the ends look too.
