Sometimes I need some cilantro and don't have any, and don't want to run out for a bunch. I started using these...

Each cube is about 2tsp. Especially good in mayonnaise for a chicken sandwich.
I've never seen them before. I'll have to pay more attention. :D
Thanks for sharing.

Wifie hates cilantro, but I love it.. Cool.
They're making those little concentrated stock pouches too now...
Anyone tried 'em?
I seen the Korr's mini packets of concentrated stock, but not this. This may be a good find for some. Cilantro is not my favorite; but now I'm going to check to see what else they may have.
In my area many supermarkets carry items made by Gourmet Gardens. I generally find it in the produce section where they sell the prewashed lettuce in a package. They produce a variety of seasoning and herb pastes and sell them in a plastic squeeze tube. You just squeeze out what you need and place the rest back into the refrigerator. I believe they make a cilantro paste.
Good idea, I love cilantro in salsa.
I can't find the Knorr up here. Hint, hint, hint ::) ;D
But we did find this and it works/tastes ok in a pinch (like 6 months out of the year). :-\
