Title: Yeah - Back in the bacon business

Last year found a local farmer to buy bellies and spare ribs. Had 8 lbs of cured and smoked bacon in  the  freezer when  we lost power for a week after the tornadoes last year. When I called him after that he was out of the business of selling to individuals. Got a call tonight from him and he is in the process of butchering a hog. Long story short I am going to get some belly, butts, and spare ribs in a few days. Counting down the  days.

thats awesome, its getting harder and harder to find good suppliers!!
