Tony must have lost track of the seasons. Look what he surprised me with. I got this box with 4 different batches of sausage seasonings and they all look great. Two I had intended to try. I have wanted to make some sweet Italian and some spicy Italian. I have some ground pork in the freezer[how did he know] He also shared some samples of his sausage work. I had to try them all right away. He just never labled them so I am not sure what I am tasting but they are all sure good. I think what started this was I was trying to find the type of pipe that he found in Florida. Being a great guy he sent me some of the pipe. I have a use planed for it already. Thanks Tony. I have some plans for you.

Tony is a good guy. I'm going to miss seeing him up north this year.
Looks like jerky, lebnun bologna and the other i dont know. The AC mixes are good.
