My pucks aren't advancing and my brisket has been in for an hour so it's too late to stop tryin to smoke it. Any suggestions on how to get the pucks moving??????

When I push the manual advance button, the drive tries to move the pucks but it takes 3 or 4 attempts to get it to move a puck. Aaarrgghhh!
