Got a late start or should normal start due to the time change . Pulled at 140 now wraped in foil onions and Syrah wine will bring it up to 200 and should make some great pulled beef.(http://img.tapatalk.com/b8637389-e61a-2f63.jpg)
I like that setting on onions and wine to finish it....mixed in the the pulled beef = yum!
