naw i actually come from Dawson creek BC canada, way up north here from the border. well something like that you could say anyways.i got into fooling around here quite awhile ago making jerky and such then later on sausage all as just a hobby. :)then when i could i'd start smoking salmon from freinds .now that's also some good stuff ,smoked, then can it, and then later on a couple of cold pops (my beer) with a can of homemade smoked salmon and cheese. tastes real good .
