Title: Sockeye and snow
Post by: Flyboyandre on March 13, 2012, 03:47:56 PM
Afternoon all,

After making a batch of slightly modified batch of home made Soy Vey Very Very Teriyaki I decided it was time to try it out today with a slight twist to how others have been preparing it.
I used Kummok's brine recipe and includes soy sauce and soy vey half and half before brining it overnight.
Added a light coat of the sauce and let it dry out until it had a nice pelicle formed.
Smoker fired up and I took the shot 25min after entering the chamber.
More to come.

With all that salmon your buddy brought over you're finally going to get to fill that smoker up and run a full load in it! :)

The salmon you just did looks really good!
