I just goy my Bradley last week. I have always used a little Chief (18 yrs) and had great luck on fish. But with no temp control poultry and other meats have been tough. Looking forward to learning all I can.
Welcome aboard. You have found a great place for people and food. The people are great and feel free to ask whatever. Someone on here always seems to know the answer.
Glad to see you hear.

Welcome wazzulu. I started out the same way and switched to Bradley. You will find that you can do some amazing cooks with it.
Hello and welcome to the forum, enjoy your smoker...
welcome aboard
Welcome Wazzulu! I'm about 3 months ahead of you as I got my BDS for Christmas, also an upgrade from the Little Chief! Since then its been everything from jerky to turkey to tuna to salmon to cheese to nuts (note to self: Smoke some soup so you can say "soup to nuts"!). A word or two of warning: 1) It is addictive, really addictive. 2) You will find you have more friends than you ever knew once you start sharing the bounty of your Bradley. Enjoy!!
Welcome from Alaska! My sister is a Coug - lives in Pullman. Have fun with your new smoker!
Welcome to the boards
It is addictive. I have had it less than a week and have done jerky, Chedder, mozzarella, and summer sausage.
Welcome to the forum...Enjoy!
