Title: Chicken and sausage gumbo

Little cold front rolled through Arizona this weekend so I decided to make a little gumbo..

I wonder if it was just that my family was to lazy to debone the chicken.  My wife has banned me from making the gumbo as I refuse to debone.  Looks darned tasty though, think I'll go heat up some myself.

I love gumbo, jambalaya.  My days in Southern Louisiana are showing through.  I sure miss the fresh shrimp and oysters.

It was c'est Bon!! Very good...... Displaced, my opinion is that cooking the chicken whole on the bone first just adds and really gives it a distinct flavor.. Deboning can be a pain but worth it.. Thanks for the kind words.
