Title: Andoulle with new PID
Post by: carnie1 on March 20, 2012, 06:34:25 AM
I finally got my new PID done, Thanks to Mr Walleye for all the help, decided to try the Leggs mix for Andoulle I had

Didn't get any pics of grinding stuffing this time

New PID using Walleyes design http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=16075.0 (http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=16075.0)

Used Old PID to heat water bath, worked out good , think I'm going to get a waterproof probe though , then I can just drop it in the water and be done with it
Took just over an hour to bring IT from 138 to 160

Chillin and hang time

And of course the inspectors final seal of approval

Tasted this morning after hanging in fridge all night, taste was more of a commercial packaged product nature, was good but I've tried a few recipes and so far this one is the one I like the most so far http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=9488 (http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=9488) It's no surprise who's recipe it is  ::)
