Title: Riblet time again!
Post by: SiFumar on March 22, 2012, 06:09:42 PM
Every year for Easter we go to Phoenix, AZ for a family picnic.  Last year I brought smoked chicken legs and riblets(10lbs).  I was asked to bring more riblets this year...actually they asked for 3x's the amount.  So started on the first 10lbs to smoke and freeze.  Also bringing 10.5s Bulldog BBQ sauce, which also went over well.

Rubbed with Willinghams Wham rub.  These were real meaty, only got 4 racks out of them.

Put a little brown sugar and butter on them while cooling.  Will chill overnight and wrap up for freezer

Those look great, What temp do you smoke them at and what temp do you pull them at? Do you just reheat in oven or put on grill?
