Title: aluminum foil
Post by: norskmon on March 23, 2012, 02:15:12 PM
I have some receipies that call for covering the meat with aluminum foil after smoking and cooking for a couple hours with it on. Was wondering if this was alright to do it with a Bradley.

No problem. Just don't cover the Vtray with foil or block the drain hole. Check most of the rib recipes on this site and you will see that most people wrap their ribs in foil after the smoke session.

Also, don't completely cover the rack in foil.  You will trap the heat and smoke below the rack.

Thanks everyone, I was kind of worried about it and didn't want to try it without asking.
