Ribs this morning and later I had this Whole Sirloin Tip that I plan to pull for some beef slammy's

After 6 hours with cabinet temp at 230*F and IT was 158ish*F so it was time to tent with foil.

But first it needed to be slathered with some sauce and apply juice in the tray.

All tented up and back into the smoker for the rest of the night till IT reaches 195IT

Starting to pull. It was very moist and pulled with no problem

All pulled and even got some good bark. Now to package it for later lunches. Dang it tastes good. Thanks to Mr. Walleye for this recipe method. It's posted at the recipe site here.

The pic of the sandwich sold me! The last Sirloin Tip I did like a ham then sliced it up for lunch meat but I bet your pulled beef sandwiches are a lot better than my lunch meat sandwiches! :'(
