Interesting, is that your own mix or is it a store bought one? I never tried poultry for sticks before.
It's store bought. Excalibur BBQ snack sticks.
I tried looking for that online. Couldn't find it. Looking forward to The end pics.

they turned out a little too dry but taste great
Looks Good, did you buy ground Turkey or grind your own?? Could a person add some poke?
i did grind my own turkey and added 20% pork to it.

I vacuum packed them last night and they taste much better now. not as dry either. they taste good. :)
Nice lookin sticks. Did the mix from Excalibur come with the casings or were they a seperate purchase?
