The last two smokes I've noticed that my wood bisquettes would go thru no problems but when it got to the savers, they would get stuck giving me the E error on the display.
I have rounded off the edges and have never had this problem. Upon further inspection ;D I noticed that where they start to come out of the SG, there was a Lil lip between where everything meets that was causing the savers to stick and jump forcefully ???
I took the slide off and and was going to file it down when I realized that all that had happened was that the screws that hold the slide on where a bit loose causing it to drop down about 1/8" and at the same time causing the SG panels to not line up.
I put everything back together and line it up and then tightened the screws back and gave it a test run. Problem solved. :)
Here is a pic of the screws that hold the slide on that I re-tightened after squaring everything off

Here is the pic where the slide meets the SG where the two panels were not line up. Right in the middle is where it was coming up causing the savers to stick.

Anyway, just thought I would post this as another thing to look at if your puck savers don't want to feed. Not super informative but Any little bit of info helps :)
