My wife ordered this giganticus brisket baked tater. It was good and she brought 3/4 home.

I ordered the sausage (go figure) My wife said i bring you to a bbq place and you order sausage. WTH

So the Q is pretty decent and a clean but small place.
I asked the waitress what type of smokers and she said Southern Pride. Wiley dont do comps anymore she said and the county made him wire and secure the smokers down.

I might have to take the wife south this year for vacation.Those sauces look mighty impresive.I like them smokers too.
