Did i say pickled smoked sausage and eggs  ;D

Got some smoked sausage from the freezer.

Made up 2 different pickle brines and steaming some eggs.

Slices in the small jar, chunks-n-eggs in the other.

Other brine is a hot one over some chunks.

If my memory serves me right(MSO) they look familiar and taste awesome !! Another fine job Rick but just so we all know you really are human would you please show us something that didn't turn out so well? ;D
