Does anybody have any recipe's they would be willing to share with me for Smoking/curing Bear Hams?

You could use one of the links below, but on the Weldiny Domowe Site\Wild Game (http://www.wedlinydomowe.com/poultry-and-game/game) they recommend that you bring the internal temperature up to 160°F for wild game.

If you use this recipe I would add juniper berries to the brine.
