Title: My 1st Bradley came yesterday.
Post by: kojack on April 06, 2012, 07:15:51 AM
After extensive research i have decided on the Bradley 4 rack digital smoker.  Reviewing this board was the final straw and I jumped on it.  I'm excited to season and jump right in.  I had a charcoal smoker and it was very frustrating maintaing heat and consistency so that lasted all of 1 season and about three sub par smokes.  I'm still new to smoking and I'm looking forward to all the great ideas and input from the fine people of this forum.  Any suggestions on a digital meat thermometer?  Well off to put the final touches on the installation and get seasoning my new "love"......

Welcome aboard. Ditto. At least get the maverick, bubba pucks, and
IMHO frogmats I did without for almost 3 years. I do have them now and it is easier to clean off racks with them on. You can get the items at YardandPool (http://www.yardandpool.com/default.asp?m=0)
