Well,I smoked my turkey.Thurs. night I rubbed the bird inside and out with 15 spice rub(homemade).Then into the fridge rapped up tight till Sat.morning.

So,using my most favorite rub,the Bradley working flaulessly,my turkey coming out juicy and tender with mouth watering flavour.GREAT.
My wife cleaning everything up and carring my Bradley back to bed,Priceless.

Man, I wish I could have trained my wife like that! Mine doesn't care, or even knows where the smoker is.
Lol. Mine complains that I smell like smoke :o. I says, yeah I know. It smells good huh? ;D

My wife actually uses the Big Easy quite often but does not touch the grill or smokers.
I tried to show her how to use the Bradley once and this is how it went...
Me: "So honey this is the PID..."
Her: "....."
Me: "Uh where you going?"
My wife will not even go near the SRG. I say, it's not hard. Turn the propane on, turn the gas knob to high and turn the igniter switch...... Then she turns around and goes back inside ;D.

I think you guys missed the important part of the pic. His wife is bringing the smoker back to him and has an ice cold beverage in her jacket pocket for him. NOW THAT IS A KEEPER!!!!!. 8) 8)
LOL good deal ! My wife is one who says she don/t like smoked any thing. But now eats every thing I smoke and enjoys it. She has grown to love my smoker and encourages me buy buying ll types of meat and things to smoke. Almost a challenge if I can or not. i love it. She enjoys the break from cooking. And I enjoy her doing all the clean up too! I pull every thing out and bring in and she washes it all for me. I don't drink but i would guess from the pic she feels the same. LOL
