Was a busy weekend smoking, First off a 10# Turkey breast hanging in the bradley, Sorry forgot to take pitcures.

The pair in the Bradley set for 4 hours of smoke, I was trying some new bisquettes from cabelas, Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme.

Finish product pulled with my bear claws. total time was 16hours and change to reach 195 Deg. IT
