Title: Happy Rib Easter
Post by: IKnowWood on April 08, 2012, 06:53:25 PM
Happy Easter all.  We did 2.5 racks racks of BB ribs today.  Been a good long while since we last did Baby Backs, maybe a year, why, I don't know.  Time just ran away from me, our just did not want to take that next step

We just open our last Sop'n'Sauce jar today.  A sad day but beautiful flavor, we used that sauce ONLY on BB Ribsor Smoked Meatloaf.  Half a jar left, guess Meatloaf in the future.

BTW, what is the shelf life on those, I think this jar was a few years...

We got a London Broil in the Freezer to smoke soon.  We lost another Butcher in-route to home due to the lack of demand last year.  We are going tit Amish Market noes every other month about so we can get meat.  Also finished last major wood working project, just some house trim work.  Next Winter I will begin forms for the Kitchen Countertops.
