Title: Smoked turbinado sugar
Post by: TMB on April 09, 2012, 07:11:19 AM
This past weekend I had six butts to coomk for a church fund raiser.  So I figured if I have a few cookers going why not smoke some nuts and sugar.  i'll let the sugar and nuts rest for about 2 weeks then I plan on making on making rub and a sauce out of the sugar and eat the nuts while cooking the sauce.

Your one busy guy Tommy. Wish I had time to do all that. Maybe when I retire  ::)
