Title: OINKER FATTIE
Post by: mikecorn.1 on April 12, 2012, 04:23:16 PM
Had the day off so I decided to make a fattie. I forgot  to put the jalapeƱos I bought inside it :(. My brother one time made some burgers out of GB and Owens sausage and said they were oinkers. ???

Not a lengthy pictorial but it's pics ;D

1 LB of 80/20 GB, 1LB of Owens sausage and one package of bacon. Some slices of mild cheddar inside.
Mixed up the meats and wrapped it in a weave. I sprinkled the bacon with some Super Pig.

Those creations are obscenely decadent.  Wish I had some on my plate with a nice cold one!

Can't take credit for it. ;D. Many of the
Members do it to cover their fatties.
