Glad you made it safe and sound.  Were you able to find pellets on the way down?  Sure wish I could have made it but I am up to my eyeballs in work.  (that is a very good thing)  ;D

Last year i made the biltong cutter and my friend from South Africa was following my posts on it. He sent me a en email asking how it works and i said i wasnt very happy with it and going to re design it.

This weekend he brought me a biltong cutter from S, Africa. Cant remember what type of wood but he said its hard to get here in the USA. Just need to wipe down with salt water because it has saw dust all over it.

When i get it clean and put together i will show it in operation.

I am thinking with all these other forums copying the Bradley Smoke Outs and calling them "Gatherings" we should be getting a cut of the action!!  ;D ;D
