Title: First Set of Great Ribs

   I thought i knew how to cook but smoking is a whole other way of doing things. I got my Bradley for Christmas as i have wanted one for years and now i have it i use it alot, and have not been able to make great ribs.  I got on this forumn about 2 weeks ago and man what a good forum. i love it.  I went with the Jans rub. and the 3  2  1 cooking method.  everthing turned out ossum. I would like to thank everyone for posting there methods.
