My wife and took the time to smoke smoke beef ribs yesterday. What a great idea. We set up the smoker took the gang to Soccer, Field Hockey and the a Boy Scout Meeting and dinner was ready on time do to our Bradley Smoker. No deleted pictures. Just copying and pasting as you guys were waiting for the picts. These were definetely a hit with the kids. I did a real simple rub with, brown sugar as the base for the rub. I cooked them for 7 1/2 hours at 225 degrees. I smoked them for 3 hours 20 minutes with hickory.
Well that smile on that boys face says it all... :D
