Hey guys i have smoked chicken ribs and salmon all this week.To show off this bs.Well the results are all in and everyone who tasted the stuff i made said it was to die for.All the stuff was moist not dry and very very tastie.All the info here helped me a bunch and I just wanted to say thanks.Chez bubba you will be hearing from a few of my friends in the very near future.Once again i wanted to thank everyone here[:D][8D]
