Hi Everyone,

New to the forum and the delicious sport of smoking. Purchased the Bradley original with the dual probe Auber controller as recommended from users of the Bradley smoker. I'm having difficulty with the controller partially because my inexperience and partially because the users manual for the controller is not well written. I will continue to work on getting the controller to cooperate but for the mean time I have bypassed the controller to season the smoker. My only regret so far is that the smoker is empty while I am seasoning it. If anyone has some insight to the operation of the Auber controller, I would be grateful. ;D

As Muebe stated, start a new thread on your questions about the PID. Go under non Bradley equipment; for example.
